House worked as a nurse practitioner at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre from 2003-2006.
Public Health Agency of Canada
House is the Associate Director of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).1) Prior to this, she served as the Manager for the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI), and of the Seasonal and Pandemic Influenza team of nurses, epidemiologists and physicians before that.2)
House was a member of the Clinical Care Working Group of the Centre for Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control (CIDPC), where she contributed to the 2006 edition of the Canadian Pandemic Influenza Plan for the Health Sector.3)
World Health Organization
House has participated on the World Health Organization's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization.4)
She did this through her role on the National Immunization Technical Advisory Groups (NITAG) network, representing NACI.5) The NITAG Resource Center (NRC) website is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Other partners include the WHO, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and USAID.6)
