Rachel Gilmore

Rachel Gilmore is a Canadian journalist based in Ottawa, Ontario. She works as a political reporter for Global News.¹⁾

Gilmore graduated from Carleton University in 2016, after completing a joint degree in journalism and human rights.

Gilmore has been writing about Canadian politics since 2016. She interned at Aboriginal Peoples Television Network before working at CPAC, iPolitics and CTV News. In 2020, Rachel joined Global News, where she covers federal politics, misinformation and extremism.
