Peter Sloly

Peter Sloly is the Chief of the Ottawa Police Service (OPS).¹⁾ He is notable in the COVID-19 pandemic for his role in the institutional response to the Freedom Convoy 2022.

Sloly was a member of the Toronto Police Service (TPS) for 27 years, including as a deputy chief of police from 2009 to 2016.

Prior to joining the OPS, Chief Sloly was a partner at Deloitte.²⁾
