Pavlos Bobos
Education
Bobos received education in physiotherapy and in exercise physiology.
His graduate studies were conducted at the Bone and Joint Institute at the University of Western Ontario and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. His graduate studies were supported by a Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Doctoral Award.

Bobos is a Postdoctoral fellow at the Applied Health Research Centre of Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto funded by the Arthritis Society of Canada.

Bobos is a member of the secretariat of the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table, where he works as a research associate.1)
Research
Bobos is the recipient as a co-investigator of a CIHR grant for a project titled “The effectiveness of virtual interventions targeting mental health in people with chronic musculoskeletal pain: A Systematic Review and Network MetaAnalysis.”2) 3)
COVID-19
Bobos co-authored a meta-analysis on vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia following injection with the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.4)
