National Citizens Inquiry
The National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) is a Canadian initiative examining the institutional response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is led by Preston Manning, and is a continuation of previous efforts including A Citizens' Hearing and Reclaiming our Voice – A Conversation in Ottawa.1)
