From February 2004 to April 2006, Lacroix was employed at the University of Montreal in human rights research.
Public Health Agency of Canada
Lacroix works as a manager for the Public Health Agency of Canada.1) She also acts as an ex-officio representative for the Public Health Ethics Consultative Group (PHECG) on the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI), responsible for approving COVID-19 vaccines in Canada.2)
She is also a Senior Policy Analyst with PHAC, a role she's occupied since April 2006.3)
At the outset of the creation of the PHAC, Lacroix authored a paper suggesting the agency should be modelled after the Quebec Public Health Ethics Committee.4)
