Laura Sauvé

Dr. Laura Sauvé is a Canadian pediatric infectious disease specialist based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor and a pediatric infectious disease specialist at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She is also the co-primary investigator of the Canadian Perinatal HIV Surveillance Program, funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).1)

History

Sauvé joined the Vaccine Evaluation Center at the BC Children's Hospital Research Institute in 2007 as the BC site investigator for the Canadian Immunization Monitoring Program, ACTive (IMPAct).2)

COVID-19

On March 9, 2022, a video featuring Sauvé was uploaded to a YouTube channel called Healthy Canadians, run by the Government of Canada.3)
