COVID-19
On January 6, 2021, the MOH entered into a data sharing agreement with Pfizer, granting the company access to citizens’ centralized electronic health records for the purpose of pharmacovigilance.1)
In December 2022, the MOH told a court that it was unable to locate a signed copy of their contract with Pfizer, further offering they were not sure if one had ever been signed in the first place.2) 3)
