History
On June 17, 2021, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a warning that Himalaya Exchange was not registered in British Columbia, and investors should use caution.1)

Entities controlled by Guo Wengui, such as G|CLUBS and G|Fashion, reportedly had business relationships with Himalaya Exchange. Guo has promoted the exchange, despite having no formal position with the company.3)
