William Je
William Je, also known as Kin Ming Je,1) is a Chinese businessman based in the United Kingdom. He is the founder of Hamilton Investment Management and Himalaya Exchange.2)
Je is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He served as chairman of the Hong Kong Youth Association (HKYA) and founder of the Youth Innovation and Development Alliance (YIDA).
He is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Education
Je graduated from the University of Wales and Alliance Manchester Business School with a Master of Business Administration.
Career
Je spent 10 years as chairman of equity capital markets for Greater China at Macquarie Group, and was Director and Head of Business Development at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He also held positions at China Merchant Securities Hong Kong, Credit Agricole Indosuez and NatWest Markets.3)
He worked as a senior auditor at Deloitte from 1990-1993, then Arthur Andersen from 1993-1995.
Je founded ACA Capital in April 2015, serving as CEO until May 2018.4)
Je launched the Hong Kong People Association (HKPA) in September 2021.5)
Indictment
On March 6, 2023, an indictment was unsealed accusing Je of a number of crimes including conspiracy to commit wire fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering.6) He was listed as co-defendant alongside Guo Wengui. He allegedly controlled the finances of Guo's GTV Media Group, despite holding no formal position with the company.
