COVID-19 Vaccine Adverse Events
The adverse events associated with the COVID-19 vaccines are broader and more numerous than for other vaccines, historically.

- Jiang, H.; Mei, Y.-F. SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro. Viruses 2021, 13, 2056. https://doi.org/10.3390/v13102056 Authors note, “Our findings provide evidence of the spike protein hijacking the DNA damage repair machinery and adaptive immune machinery in vitro. We propose a potential mechanism by which spike proteins may impair adaptive immunity by inhibiting DNA damage repair.”
COVID-19 Vaccine Associated Cardiac Injuries
Myocarditis

Myopericarditis
See also: CoVid-19 Vaccine Associated Myopericarditis
Myopericarditis is characterized as inflammation of the pericardium, the membrane surrounding the hear, with involvement of the myocardium. Symptoms include chest pain, fever, and shortness of breath, and are similar to pericarditis. Involvement of the myocardium is diagnosed though testing for elevated troponin through cardiac imaging.

COVID-19 Vaccine Associated Blood Disorders
Thrombosis
See also: Covid-19 Vaccine Associated Thrombosis
There are three categories of causes of thrombosis: damage to the blood vessel (catheter or surgery), slowed blood flow (immobility), and/or thrombophilia (if the blood itself is more likely to clot).
Thrombocytopenia
Cerebral Venous Thrombosis
See also: Covid-19 Vaccine Associated Cerebral Venous Thrombosis
Cerebral Venous Thrombosis is a type of stroke in which the venous channels of the brain become thrombosed, resulting in cerebral infarction in the areas corresponding to the thrombosis.

Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Vasculitis, including Microscopic Polyangiitis
See also: Covid-19 Vaccine Associated Vasculitis
Vasculitis is an inflammation of the blood vessels that causes changes in the blood vessel walls. When your blood vessel becomes weak, it might stretch and bulge (called an aneurysm). It might also burst open, causing bleeding. This can be life-threatening.
Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) is a a rare type of vasculitis, causing inflammation of the small blood vessels. The disease can damage the blood vessels, nervous system and organs. The FIVE most common clinical manifestations of MPA are: kidney inflammation, weight loss, skin lesions, nerve damage, and fevers.
COVID-19 Vaccine Associated Neurological Disorders
Guillain-Barré Syndrome
See also: CoVid-19 Vaccine Associated Guillain-Barré
Guillain-Barré is a neurological disorder in which the body's immune system mistakenly attacks part of its peripheral nervous system—the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord. GBS can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to nearly devastating paralysis, leaving the person unable to breathe independently. Fortunately, most people eventually recover from even the most severe cases of GBS. After recovery, some people will continue to have some degree of weakness.

Anaphylaxis

Anaphylaxis is a severe life-threatening allergic reaction, resulting from the immune system's response to a substance.
Allergic Reactions (other than and including Anaphylaxis)
Covid-19 Vaccine Associated Allergic Reactions
While anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction, other allergies can result from or be exasperated by vaccination.
Lymphadenopathy
See also: CoVid-19 Vaccine Associated Lymphadenopathy
Lymphadenopathy is swelling of the lymph nodes. These swollen nodes can feel like hard nodules that are sometimes painful and are found in the underarm, groin, neck, chest, and abdomen. The lymph nodes filter lymph fluid as it circulates through the body.
Axillary Adenopathy
Axillary adenopathy is a lymphadenopathy of the axilla, or underarm.

Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis
Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) has been associated with CoVid Vaccination. EGPA (formerly Churg-Strauss Syndrome) is an extremely rare disease caused by inflammation of blood and/or tissue cells, which previously was known to effect only two to five new people a year per one million people. Candy Palater, star of Trailer Park Boys, died after being hospitalized and diagnosed with eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
