Rule of Law Foundation
The Rule of Law Foundation is an American non-profit organization based in New York City.
History
The foundation was founded in late 2018 by Guo Wengui and Steve Bannon.1) The official launch event took place on November 20, 2018.
New Federal State of China
On June 4, 2020, Guo and Bannon launched a political lobbying group called the New Federal State of China supported by the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society.2)
