Nima Momeni

Nima Momeni is an information technology consultant and entrepreneur based in Emeryville, California.

He moonlights as a DJ, publishing music on SoundCloud under the name “Aganima”.^{1) 2)}

According to Momeni's LinkedIn profile, he attended the University of California Berkeley, as well as Laney College and Vista College.³⁾ However, UC Berkeley spokesperson Dan Mogulof claimed there was “no record of attendance or graduation” on file for Momeni.⁴⁾

Court records from Alameda County indicate Momeni was “charged with a misdemeanor in 2004 for allegedly driving while intoxicated.”⁵⁾

Momeni worked at Marfic Technologies from 2005-2007 as a system/network engineer. He then worked at Coast Range Technologies as an IT administrator/consultant from 2006-2012.

On March 17, 2010, Momeni incorporated Expand Information Technology under the name Expand IT Services, LLC.⁶⁾

On April 13, 2023, Momeni was arrested by the San Francisco Police Department on suspicion of having committed the murder of Bob Lee on April 4.⁷⁾ Charges against him were filed by District Attorney Brooke Jenkins.⁸⁾ According to Police Chief Bill Scott, Momeni and Lee knew each other.

A total of three search warrants were executed.
