mRNA Vaccine
An mRNA vaccine is a form of RNA vaccine that sends mRNA into cells using coatings such as lipid nanoparticles to protect the mRNA from degredation or elimination.
The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses by Jessica Rose - Dec 16, 2021
A brand new medRxiv pre-print study entitled: “The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses” has graced our world. This paper is so important and it provides evidence to support what many prominent immunologists and vaccinologists have been saying for a long time, including myself.
These COVID-19 mRNA injectable products are causing, yes, causing, immune system dysregulation - and not just in the context of the adaptive system, but in the context of the innate system. Not only that, but these findings provide very good reasons as to why we are seeing resurgences of latent viral infections and other adverse events reported in VAERS (and other adverse event reporting systems) and perhaps more importantly, why we should under no circumstances inject this crap into our children.

In a nutshell, in this article, what they found was that the BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech) injectable products are modulating the production of inflammatory cytokines by innate immune cells upon stimulation with both specific (SARS-CoV-2) and non-specific (viral, fungal and bacterial) stimuli whereby the response of innate immune cells to TLR4 and TLR7/8 ligands was weaker after BNT162b2 injection, while fungi-induced cytokine responses were stronger.1)

A Guide to Nucleic Acid Vaccines in the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and Cancers: From Basic Principles to Current Applications
Figure 2. The structure and mechanism of action of mRNA vaccines. (1) There are two widely acknowledged types of mRNA vaccines, namely non-amplifying mRNA and self-amplifying mRNA.
The typical components of the two mRNAs are: the cap, untranslated regions (UTRs) of 5′ and 3′, an open reading frame (ORF, including GOI) encoding the antigen, and Poly(A)n tail.
Compared to non-amplifying mRNA, the size of self-amplifying mRNAs is fairly larger than non-amplifying mRNAs.
For example, in α-virus-based replicons, the extra length comes from a large ORF encoding four non-structural proteins (nsP1-4). (2) In vivo transcribed mRNA (IVT mRNA) is obtained from a DNA template in a cell-free system.
The IVT mRNA is transfected into dendritic cells (DC) by endocytosis. The mRNA is translated into antigenic proteins by utilizing a ribosome translation mechanism.
The post-translational antigen protein undergoes post-translational modification and can play a role in the cells it produces. The antigen protein is degraded by the proteasome in the cytoplasm.
The resulting antigen peptide is loaded onto the MHC molecule. The loaded peptide-MHC epitope complex appears on the cell surface, and after T cell receptor recognition and appropriate co-stimulation, an antigen-specific CD8+ T cell response is eventually induced. 2)
