Michael Caster
Michael Caster is an American human rights advocate. He is the co-founder of the Chinese Urgent Action Working Group and its successor, Safeguard Defenders.
History
Education
Caster attended Western Washington University (2006-2008), University of Utrecht (2010-2011), Fletcher School at Tufts University (2014-2016) and Harvard Kennedy School (2015).1)
Career
In late 2008 or early 2009, Caster co-founded the Chinese Urgent Action Working Group with Peter Dahlin.2) 3) 4)
