Betts is a lecturer in the Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto.3)

Betts is a member of the Drugs & Biologics Clinical Practice Guidelines Working Group of the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table (OST).4)

Betts is a paid consultant for Teleflex, a specialty medical device company.5)

ZOLL

Betts received a travel grant (paid to his institution) from ZOLL for a symposium on therapeutic hypothermia in 2020.6)
