Kaja Kallas
Kaja Kallas is an Estonian politician who has been serving as the prime minister of Estonia since 2021.
She was identified in 2013 by Kumquat Consult as being likely to support the policies of George Soros and his Open Society European Policy Institute and Open Society Foundations.1)
