Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network
The Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN) is a global non-governmental organization (NGO) and research network operating under the World Health Organization (WHO).

GOARN was established in April 2000 at a meeting convened by the World Health Organization.1)
