European Clinical Research Alliance for Infectious Diseases

The European Clinical Research Alliance for Infectious Diseases (ECRAID) is a European research network. It emerged from the Platform for European Preparedness Against (Re-)emerging Epidemics (PREPARE) and Combatting Bacterial Resistance in Europe (COMBACTE) programs.

History

ECRAID began with a two-year planning phase titled ECRAID-Plan, running from January 2019 to December 2020. It was funded by the European Commission's Horizon 2020 programme.1)
