Dr. Deborah Jean Hellyer is a Canadian physician based in Windsor, Ontario. She specializes in respiratory medicine.

Hellyer is on the Patient and Family Engagement and Ethics Committees at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare and is Medical Director of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation program.2)
Ontario Medical Association
Hellyer is a former Chair of the Physician Human Resources Committee at the Ontario Medical Association, in which various strategies were implemented to improve physician numbers in Ontario. She was also Chair of one of the OMA's subsidiaries, Essex County Medical Society.3) 4)
