After all the fanfare around Comirnaty getting full FDA approval back on August 23, 2021, this piece by investigative journalist Jordan Schachtel asks why, at the end of December, 2021, Comirnaty is still not available anywhere in America. He raises other difficult questions, too;
- If Comirnaty and the current Pfizer vaccine that is being rolled out under EUA are the exact same thing, why have the FDA only approved a distinct product named Comirnaty, and not the injection currently being sold under the EUA label?
- Is Pfizer refusing to make the fully authorised version available in order to avoid liability issues for Pfizer and BioNTech?
- Under a law passed during the Reagan Administration, drug manufacturers must secure full approval for the children’s version of their shot in order to be granted more robust legal liability protection for their vaccines; is this why they are pushing so hard to vaccinate children?
This is the contention of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
On December 22, 2021, the UK government quietly approved “a new paediatric formulation of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine […] for children aged 5 to 11 after meeting the required safety, quality and effectiveness standards”. This despite the fact that the risk to healthy children from Covid-19 is vanishingly small, while a growing number of kids have been significantly harmed, or died, shortly after receiving a shot.
If the law in the UK mirrors that in the US, does this mean Pfizer now have that extra layer of liability protection?
