CoVariants
CoVariants is an online tool tracking variants of SARS-CoV-2. It is run by Emma Hodcroft of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the University of Bern and the SIB Swiss Insitute of Bioinformatics.1)
It uses data from GISAID, and is partnered with Nextstrain, Next.js and Vercel.
