Christine Massey - Deputy Minister, BC Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions

Christine is the Deputy Minister of the BC Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions. The Ministry is responsible for working with government ministries, Indigenous organizations, municipalities and community partners to ensure a coherent, accessible, and culturally safe mental health and addictions system that is effective for individuals and families across the lifespan. The ministry is also responsible for leading an immediate response to the province’s overdose public health emergency.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister, Christine served as ADM in in BC’s Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) from February 2018 to November 2020. In her time at MCFD, Christine had different responsibilities including childcare policy and programs, policy for child welfare, child and youth mental health services, as well as policy and provincial programs for the early years and children and youth with extra support needs.

Christine’s other experience in the BC Government includes as Executive Director at the Ministry of Advanced Education where she led the transfer of the regulation of private career colleges from an external Crown agency to the ministry; five years at the Ministry of Health, where she led the Seniors’ Action Plan as well as a number of legislative initiatives including the BC Services Card, the new Pharmaceutical Services Act and the Seniors Advocate Act.

From 1995 to 2009, Christine worked in the post-secondary sector, including positions with the Research Universities’ Council of British Columbia, the Ministry of Advanced Education, UBC and SFU.

Christine holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree (M.A.) from Simon Fraser University.¹⁾

The Chinese authorities announced on January 7, 2020 that they had isolated and identified “a new type of virus”. Then on the 28th of January 2020, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stated that the novela corona virus had been isolated.  

Christine Massey, M.Sc conducted an extensive report over a period of more than a year. The central question raised in her study is the following:

“is there reliable evidence that SARS-CoV-2 has been isolated from an “unadulterated sample taken from a diseased patient”? Christine Massey submitted Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests to some 90 Health /Science institutions.

Does the Virus Exist? The responses to these requests confirm that there is no record of isolation / purification of SARS-CoV-2 “having been performed by anyone, anywhere, ever.”

At 4:07 PM today, Justice Stuart Konyer in the Ontario Court Of Justice, issued a Bench Warrant for Christine Massey, of Peterborough, after she abruptly left the Zoom virtual hearing in disgust, on charges arising from an incident which occurred 6 months ago.

On Jan 19th, 2022, Christine Massey was accused by Peterborough Medical Officer of Health Thomas Piggott of “striking him” as she stood outside his door, attempting to serve him papers:

Piggot’s statements were clearly false— filing a false police report is considered the crime of mischief— based on eyewitnesses who also recorded the events, and by Thomas Piggott’s own security camera footage, a very short excerpt was provided to Christine as part of her “Disclosure”.

• The offence of Public Mischief is codified in Section 140 (1) of the Criminal Code which reads:
• 140 (1) Every one commits public mischief who, with intent to mislead, causes a peace officer to enter on or continue an investigation by
• (a) making a false statement that accuses some other person of having committed an offence;
• (b) doing anything intended to cause some other person to be suspected of having committed an offence that the other person has not committed, or to divert suspicion from himself;
• © reporting that an offence has been committed when it has not been committed; …

Despite protestations from the people present the night of Jan 19th when informed of Piggott’s False Police Report, the Peterborough MOH was never charged with a crime.
