The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario (MDAO) is a Canadian counselling and support initiative based in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
Since 2019, the MDAO has collaborated with Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) on twelve workshop webinars for older people across Ontario. These workshops are designed for older adults from immigrant, refugee, ethno-cultural, and racialized groups (IRER) and welcome Indigenous older adults.
MDAO is partnered with the Hong Fook Mental Health Foundation.1)
The Department of Psychiatry at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is described as one of MDAO's “most important strategic partners”.
