COVID-19 Vaccine adverse events is a challenging topic because they are so numerous and of broad variety.
Research shows that the treatment arm of Covid 19 vaccine trials had significantly more adverse events than the placebo arm.1) Several databases are tracking adverse events resulting from the widespread public roll out of these vaccines.

Myopericarditis is characterized as inflammation of the pericardium, the membrane surrounding the hear, with involvement of the myocardium. Symptoms include chest pain, fever, and shortness of breath, and are similar to pericarditis. Involvement of the myocardium is diagnosed though testing for elevated troponin through cardiac imaging.

There are three categories of causes of thrombosis: damage to the blood vessel (catheter or surgery), slowed blood flow (immobility), and/or thrombophilia (if the blood itself is more likely to clot).

Cerebral Venous Thrombosis is a type of stroke in which the venous channels of the brain become thrombosed, resulting in cerebral infarction in the areas corresponding to the thrombosis.

Vasculitis is an inflammation of the blood vessels that causes changes in the blood vessel walls. When your blood vessel becomes weak, it might stretch and bulge (called an aneurysm). It might also burst open, causing bleeding. This can be life-threatening.
Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) is a a rare type of vasculitis, causing inflammation of the small blood vessels. The disease can damage the blood vessels, nervous system and organs. The FIVE most common clinical manifestations of MPA are: kidney inflammation, weight loss, skin lesions, nerve damage, and fevers.

Anaphylaxis is a severe life-threatening allergic reaction, resulting from the immune system's response to a substance.
Covid-19 Vaccine Associated Allergic Reactions
While anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction, other allergies can result from or be exasperated by vaccination.

Lymphadenopathy is swelling of the lymph nodes. These swollen nodes can feel like hard nodules that are sometimes painful and are found in the underarm, groin, neck, chest, and abdomen. The lymph nodes filter lymph fluid as it circulates through the body.
Axillary adenopathy is a lymphadenopathy of the axilla, or underarm.
In a study published in late 2021, researchers found reactivation of herpes zoster among 1.2% of patients receiving BNT162b2 mRNA injections among those with autoimmune inflammatory rheumatic diseases (AIIRD), but none among the 99 patients without AIIRD.4) The control group may be too small for a good comparison.

Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) has been associated with CoVid Vaccination. EGPA (formerly Churg-Strauss Syndrome) is an extremely rare disease caused by inflammation of blood and/or tissue cells, which previously was known to effect only two to five new people a year per one million people. Candy Palater, star of Trailer Park Boys, died after being hospitalized and diagnosed with eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
Sixteen cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease were reported by researches among those who received COVID-19 vaccination.5)
Numerous studies show significantly higher rates of adverse events amongst those who previously had COVID-19 infections.
German physician, Dr. Erich Freisleben, estimates severe adverse events at 3% based on his clinical volume.10)
Jiang, H.; Mei, Y.-F. SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro. Viruses 2021, 13, 2056. https://doi.org/10.3390/v13102056 Authors note, “Our findings provide evidence of the spike protein hijacking the DNA damage repair machinery and adaptive immune machinery in vitro. We propose a potential mechanism by which spike proteins may impair adaptive immunity by inhibiting DNA damage repair.”
In an meta-analysis published by the Journal of the American Medical Association, researchers suggested that a substantial portion of COVID-19 vaccine associated AEs are the result of the nocebo effect.11)
Some researchers worry that a small number of vaccine lots or batches are harming large numbers of people.
