The University of Toronto is a Canadian research university based in Toronto, Ontario.

It hosts a number of institutes and colleges, including the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and Massey College.

Dalla Lana School of Public Health

The Dalla Lana School of Public Health was founded in 1927 from a large donation from the Rockefeller Foundation, originally named the University of Toronto School of Hygiene.1) 2)

On April 7, 2022, U of T and Moderna announced a new partnership to “develop new tools to prevent and treat infectious diseases,” including in the realms of “molecular genetics, biomedical engineering, biochemistry and beyond.”4)
