Classified documents
In November 2022 and January 2023, it was reported that documents marked as “classified” were discovered in offices used by Biden following his tenure as Vice President.1) The first batch was discovered in a locker at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement “days before the [2022] midterm elections.”2)
