Families Fighting Flu

Families Fighting Flu (FFF) is a non-governmental organization that advocates for annual flu vaccination. The group was founded in 2004, and boasts partial responsibility for “establishing CDC’s universal recommendation for flu vaccination to include all individuals six months of age and older”.1)

The FFF is a member organization of the Vaccine Safety Net, a network of websites that provides vaccine information that is deemed “reliable” by the World Health Organization (WHO).2)

FFF receives funding from various pharmaceutical companies and healthcare interests as either “donors” (individuals who give to the group's annual fund) or “sponsors” (organizations who provide grants and other monetary support).3)
