Conflict Observatory
Conflict Observatory is an American non-governmental organization whose stated purpose is “to capture and analyze evidence of war crimes and other atrocities allegedly perpetrated by Russia in Ukraine.”1)
It operates as a collaboration between Esri, Alcis, Quiet Professionals, Yale School of Public Health's Humanitarian Research Lab (HRL), Smithsonian Cultural Rescue Initiative (SCRI), PlanetScape Ai, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.2) 3)

The United States Department of State announced the launch of Conflict Observatory on May 17, 2022.4) 5)
