Protect the Results was an American political action group formed to respond to potential outcomes of the 2020 United States Presidential Election. It was a collaboration between Indivisible and Stand Up America, and is now defunct.
The group’s now defunct website had a map listing 400 planned postelection demonstrations, to be activated via text message if outgoing President Donald Trump contested the results of the election.1)
Following Fox News' surprise decision to call the State of Arizona for former Vice President Joe Biden, Protect the Results announced that it would “not be activating the entire national mobilization network today, but remains ready to activate if necessary.” Instead, activists for the group reoriented the Protect the Results protests toward a weekend of celebration.
