Mathematics Foundation of America

The Mathematics Foundation of America is an American non-profit organization based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is the host of the Canada/USA Mathcamp program.1)

History

Founding

MFOA was founded in 1995 in South Carolina “as a vehicle for providing high school students in North America with financial assistance to attend Canada/USA Mathcamps (sic), which began in 1993 in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada.”2)
