Rosalie Wyonch
Rosalie Wyonch is a Canadian health policy analyst based in Toronto, Ontario.1) She is a senior policy analyst at the C.D. Howe Institute, where she leads the institute's Health Policy Council and Research Initiative.

Wyonch studied economics at the University of Waterloo.
Career
Wyonch worked as a Research Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Finance in the Office of Economic Policy. There her research focused on industrial sector policy and particularly on climate change and the sharing economy. She began working at the C.D. Howe Institute in 2016.
Wyonch is a member of the Canadian Institute for Health Information’s National Health Expenditure Advisory Group and the Healthcare Excellence Canada Policy Circle. She is also a board member for University Settlements Toronto.2)
In December 2022, the C.D. Howe Institute published a report co-authored by Wyonch and Tingting Zhang titled Damage Averted: Estimating the Effects of COVID-19 vaccines on Hospitalizations, Mortality and Costs in Canada.3)
