COVID-19

Husain co-authored a letter to the editor of the American Journal of Transplantation with Christos Argyropoulos in which they argued that solid organ transplant recipients should be given COVID-19 vaccines before clinical trials could be run to determine their safety and efficacy and that population, including “boosters.” The letter was published in January 2022.1)
