Sarah Reid

Dr. Sarah Reid, MD, FRCPC is a Canadian paediatrician based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Reid received her medical degree from the University of Ottawa in 1999, followed by a Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

Reid is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at the University of Ottawa, and Director of the Emergency Department Outreach program.¹⁾

Reid is an emergency physician at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), and a Clinical Investigator at the CHEO Research Institute.²⁾

Reid is the Ontario Region Nodal Leader for Translating Emergency Knowledge for Kids (TREKK).

Reid is an educator for the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians (CAEP) Emergency Medicine Review Course.

Reid serves on the Emergency Medicine Examination Board for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Reid is an elected representative for District 7 on the council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).³⁾

Reid is a contributing editor and member of the advisory board for Emergency Medicine Cases.⁴⁾
