CHEO Research Institute is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario. It operates as the research arm of the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

CHEO Research Institute receives revenue from a variety of sources. The largest source of revenue is mainly external, coming from research grants provided from various funding organizations and other registered charities. These comprise more than two-thirds of total revenues ranging from $16,763,329 to $20,365,520 per year, except for 2021.²⁾
