Husain co-authored a letter to the editor of the //[[American Journal of Transplantation]]// with [[Christos Argyropoulos]] in which they argued that solid organ transplant recipients should be given [[COVID-19 vaccines]] before clinical trials could be run to determine their safety and efficacy and that population, including "boosters."
