During the [[COVID-19 vaccines|COVID-19 vaccine]] rollout, the health unit distributed a "[[https://www.campfire.wiki/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=covid-19_vaccine_screening_consent_form-002.pdf|COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Consent Form]]" provided by the [[Ontario Ministry of Health]], as well as an accompanying "COVID-19 Vaccine Information Sheet". Both documents underwent numerous revisions between December 2020 and October 2022.
