  * Pfizer Secured an “IP Waiver” for Itself (if they stole IP, the government (i.e. the tax payer) picks up the bill)

  * Pfizer Can Go After State Assets (such as gold reserves, military bases, oil companies and so on)
  * Pfizer Calls the Shots on Key Decisions
