In September 2022, the Congregation posted an advertisement seeking to hire an Associate Archivist for their archives. The ad, shared by the [[Association of Canadian Archivists]], included the following requirement: "All staff are required to have completed three [[COVID-19 vaccines|COVID-19 vaccinations]] and wear a [[masking_to_prevent_sars-cov-2_transmission|mask]] in the workplace. Staff are also required to take biweekly [[polymerase chain reaction|PCR]] testing on site.
