**Conflict Observatory** is an American non-governmental organization whose stated purpose is "to capture and analyze evidence of war crimes and other atrocities allegedly perpetrated by [[Russia]] in [[Ukraine]]."((Psaledakis, D. State Department press secretary [[Ned Price]] announced the launch of Conflict Observatory on May 17, 2022.((Office of the Spokesperson.
