-United Nations quadripartite primer for the Fourth Industrial Revolution known as One Health+On October 11, 2021, the :World Health Organization launched its “COP26 Special Report on Climate Change and Health”.((//COP26 special report on climate change and health: the health argument for climate action.// (2021, October 11). -:One Health the Trojan Horse  +In an article for the 21st Century Wire, journalist :Freddie Ponton argues that the report was used as a basis to kickstart the use of the One Health framework to bolster "climate action” through global health policies. Governments and policy makers were urged to "act with urgency" to address an alleged dual climate and health crisis.((Ponton, F. (2022, June 29). //One Health: Trojan Horse to Make Climate Change a “Global Health Emergency.”// 21st Century Wire. https://archive.ph/yDT3P)) He also noted that the tone and rhetoric surrounding climate change alarmism coming from some scientists and politicians had become "extremely religious"

-In this article we will examine how and why the :World Health Organisation (WHO) and its partners have been relentlessly pushing the idea that ‘climate change’ is one of the biggest global health threats to mankind in the 21st century, an extreme position which is confirmed by the following WHO statement:+==== Advocates ====

-“It has never been clearer that the climate crisis is one of the most urgent health emergencies we all face,” said Dr :Maria Neira, WHO Director of Environment, :Climate Change and Health” (source)+The Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table has several members who are strong advocates for the One Health frameworkincluding Isha Berry and Scott Weese.

-The following statement was made on 11 October 2021, when the WHO launched its “:COP26 Special Report on Climate Change and Health”. The report certainly paved the way for the One Health argument which is being used to bolster “climate action” in the form of a proposal which explicitly lays out a set of priority actions from the global health community to governments and policymakers around the world, calling on them to ‘act with urgency’ on what they are alleging is a dual climate and health crisis.+==== Surveillance Systems ====

-It’s also important to note that when it comes to climate change alarmists, some of these scientists and politicians associated with this topic have become extremely religious in their tone and rhetoric.+=== Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System (EIDSS) ===

-==== Advocates ====+Key system modules include Human Cases module, Vector Surveillance module, Laboratory module, Outbreak module, Administrative module, and :Analysis, Visualization & Report (AVR) module with :Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities. EIDSS manages case data, case plus disease specific investigation, aggregate data with corresponding sample, and laboratory data linked to cases. The system collects and distributes data, notifies on the events in near real-time, provides access from desktop, web and mobile devices, which allows it to link together different levels and ministries of a national disease surveillance network in a secure way.

-The Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table has several members who are strong advocates for the One Health frameworkincluding Isha Berry and Scott Weese.+EIDSS is customizable for each participating country to hold relevant content: diseases list, specific reports, disease-specific investigation forms, among others. In 2011 EIDSS was introduced in Ukraine with installations at the following sites: :Central Sanitary-Epidemiology Station in Kyiv (CSES), :Ukrainian Research Anti-Plague Institute in Odessa (URAPI), Vinnitsa Oblast Sanitary-Epidemiological Station Vinnitsa City Sanitary- Epidemiological Station Kalynivska Rayon Sanitary- Epidemiological Station in Vinnitsa Oblast, Zhitomir Oblast Sanitary- Epidemiological Station, Khmelnitska Oblast Sanitary- Epidemiological Station as regional site ((https://web.archive.org/web/20210512073335/https://photos.state.gov/libraries/ukraine/895/pdf/dtro-eidss.pdf))

 +Abstract
 +
+:Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System (EIDSS) has been used to strengthen and support monitoring and prevention of dangerous diseases within One Health concept by integrating veterinary and human surveillance, passive and active approaches, case-based records including disease-specific clinical data based on standardised case definitions and aggregated data, laboratory data including sample tracking linked to each case and event with test results and epidemiological investigations. Information was collected and shared in secure way by different means: through the distributed nodes which are continuously synchronised amongst each other, through the web service, through the handheld devices.
 +
+Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System provided near real time information flow that has been then disseminated to the appropriate organisations in a timely manner. It has been used for comprehensive analysis and visualisation capabilities including real time mapping of case events as these unfold enhancing decision making.
 +
+Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System facilitated countries to comply with the IHR 2005 requirements through a data transfer module reporting diseases electronically to the :World Health Organization (WHO) data center as well as establish authorised data exchange with other electronic system using :Open Architecture approach.
 +
+:Pathogen Asset Control System (PACS) has been used for accountingmanagement and control of biological agent stocks. Information on samples and strains of any kind throughout their entire lifecycle has been tracked in a comprehensive and flexible solution PACS. Both systems have been used in a combination and individually. Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance System and PACS are currently deployed in the Republics of :Kazakhstan, :Georgia and :Azerbaijan as a part of the :Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) sponsored by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency :DTRA.  ((https://web.archive.org/web/20220308054235/https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23327375/))
